SFN held a Annual Clean up and Barbecue on June 16th 2009. Members from the Community pitched in to clean up the Community.

Willow Creek Mine

Recently a permit was issued to a mining company to annually discharge effluent into the Pine River drainage system. The Saulteau First Nation believes that consultation has been inadequate regarding the impacts to Chetwynd's drinking water and water resources upstream.
