General House Keeping
Keep grass cut down around buildings since it creates an environment for the Mosquito Population
Empty containers that hold standing water, 1/4" of water creates a breeding ground for Mosquitos
Ant Control
Products to Control Ants can be purchased at the local Hardware Store in Chetwynd BC
Fall Care
The fall is almost here, soon the leaves will be falling off the trees, and this will be come a fire hazard. To keep your yard clean you will need to rake up all the leaves and get rid of them. You could buy the extra large garbage bags from the store.
Before you start building fires in your furnaces you should clean out all the old ashes. If you have eaves troughs on your house you should clean these out because leaves will get stuck in them and your eaves troughs will not work next year.
I thank people who really take care of their homes and yards. I have decided to start a monthly Recognition event. I am going to put these homes in our local paper just like they do in Chetwynd. I hope to see your home in our local paper!
