The People and Workplace Strategies Branch has posted two Director positions to the PSA hiring website.

 

People and Workplace Strategies is a dynamic team that applies innovation and client-centered advisory services to solving strategic HR challenges. Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategic HR, these positions each lead teams of strategic HR advisors and analysts. Operating in a shared services model, the Directors lead the development and implementation of large-scale ministry and multi-ministry strategic human resources initiatives that support ministry business and strategic goals.

The Branch provides strategic HR services for four natural resource ministries: the ministries of Agriculture, Environment and Climate Change Strategy, Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation, and Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.
