Please note: there will be video recording inside the weightroom during class times (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7–8AM).If you’re not comfortable being on camera, you’re welcome to come into the SFN Culture Centre Weightroom before 7AM or after 8AM instead.

You can join in person at the gym or request the link to participate from home.
