Community Notice Update: Road Paving & Temporary Closures Important Update for SFN Lakeview Residents:
Updated Information: 
Updated Schedule (Oct 2 – Oct 4):• Start Date: October 2nd, 2025 (weather permitting – no rain)
• One lane per section will now remain open during paving.
• If the pavement in front of your driveway has been freshly laid
and hasn’t fully cured, you will not have access until it is ready.
• Recent rainy weather has caused delays, as paving in wet conditions isn’t ideal. Let’s pray this rain holds up so the teams can get the job done!
We are excited to share that paving in Lakeview is progressing ahead of schedule. With the excellent work in Lakeview 2 this morning, we now anticipate completing the entire subdivision by Saturday, October 4th.

Please see the attached updated map for the paving route with the dates associated.
Traffic Management:
- The current traffic plan remains in effect.
- Follow all signage and directions from traffic personnel.
- Driveway access may be limited while pavement is curing.
This is a major milestone, and we appreciate your patience as we complete this work.
