- door to door and talking to citizens (example from TREP project) has worked well
- video with information to share that deals with same questions being asked
- incentives (dinners/doorprizes) for attendance
- visual artist/comment sketching in meeting (live recording)
- on the land engagement activities, campfire/tea discussions, packtrail walk
- virtual meetings, summer break time from engagement fatigue,
- challenge getting posters out that people understand what its about
- timing of meetings important (other events, work schedules, bingo night)
- videos of meeting results/topics covered/meeting highlights
- que in to elders, committee to discuss how to engage with elders/collaborate with elders group (Chelsea)
- que in to youth groups, need their perspective, engage rec coordinator/youth centre
- cree advisory group may get formed and could be involved if it happens
