Meditation For Women

Take a moment to slow down and be kind to your mind.
Join us for a peaceful meditation space for women. A quiet, supportive environment for reflection, relaxation, and inner calm. Whether you’re new to meditation or have experience, all are welcome to drop in.
The session runs from 6:00–7:00 PM on Monday May 4th at the Culture Centre Training Room. Bring a mat or cushion, or use a provided mat.
Come as you are, take a breath, and give yourself the time and space you deserve.
